Janine Graves
President and Founder
Janine Graves has been an IVR/Speech Application Development trainer and course developer for the past eight years. She has worked with several of the IVR industry’s leaders to deliver training in IVR, VoiceXML, and ASR speech recognition. Her client list includes Nuance/Scansoft/SpeechWorks, Audium, VoiceGenie, Nortel US, Nortel UK, Product Support Solutions; and, she has taught students of the Fortune 500 companies. Prior to providing her own training services, Ms. Graves spent five years as a Senior Trainer in the Periphonics Division of Nortel Networks. Ms. Graves developed and taught the entire suite of Periphonics software training courses.
Ms. Graves is a VoiceXML 2.0 Certified Application Developer and is an active member of the VoiceXML Forum’s Educational Committee. She is also a Nortel Certified Support Specialist for MPS Release 3.0 Application Development and is a CCSI for the CVPD course. She is uniquely qualified to instruct on any or all components of IVR application development.
Paul DeMatteo
Hardware Trainer
Paul DeMatteo has spent more than twenty years of his career as a technical trainer. For the past nine years he has specialized in training on contact center technology. From 1996 to 2003, Mr. DeMatteo led the Hardware Training Team at the Periphonics Division of Nortel. He developed and taught all system level maintenance and system administration courses for the VPS/is, MPS, OSCAR, and CTI platforms. Since leaving Nortel, he has continued to provide hardware and systems training and technical support for the Nortel Networks VPS/is and MPS platforms to various clients in the US and UK.
Mr. DeMatteo is a Nortel Certified Support Specialist for MPS 500 Installation and Maintenance.
